”Meat delice” is an innovative product which combines pork ham and wild dehydrated fruits (lingonberries and sea buckthorn) cooked by gentle thermal treatment. ”Meat delice” have been developed based on following aspects: it is addressed to all consumers category; it is prepared from natural ingredients with high quality nutrients (high quality pork ham proteins, vitamins, fiber and minerals contents of the fruits, antioxidant properties of lingonberries and sea buckthorn); raw materials are provided by an integrated chain; it is processed using gentle technological flow with the product with minimum processing impact over the nutrients quality; can be produce through systems: conventional, natural and ecological.
